Agentic CPQ for B2B SaaS

The best CPQ for SaaS is the one that you talk to.

Build the quote, amend the contract, run the renewal, pull the report — by asking. Every rule RevOps set still applies.

“A year ago, if there were issues with our CPQ, I had to work; no ifs, ands, or buts. With MonetizeNow, I went on my honeymoon and was never consulted once. My team made pricing and packaging changes on their own.”

Where you ask

Two ways to talk to it.

Same catalog, same approvals, same validation rules — whichever one you use.

In the app

Monty

A drawer beside whatever you are looking at. Ask, and watch the quote page fill in. Drafts only — a person sends.

The MonetizeNow MCP server

The same tools, inside the agent you already use — ChatGPT, Claude or any MCP client, next to your CRM and your call recordings.

Foundations

Everything RevOps expects is still here.

The agent's draft goes through the same rules a rep's does. Nothing gets sent because a model felt confident.

Product catalog

Subscription, usage and AI credits, one-time. Monty quotes only what is in it.

Approval thresholds

Cross a discount floor or term limit and it routes to the approver — in the app or Slack.

Validation rules

No-code if-then checks on every draft, the agent's included.

Terms and e-signature

Conditional terms, your templates, DocuSign or Adobe Sign. A person sends.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is an agentic CPQ?

A CPQ where the work is done by asking. Describe the deal, the change, the renewal or the question, and an agent builds the draft from your product catalog, runs it through the validation rules and approval thresholds RevOps set, and hands it back for review. In MonetizeNow that agent is Monty; the same tools are available to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client through our MCP server.

What can Monty do, and what will it not do?

Monty builds quotes, edits line items and discounts, drafts amendments and renewals against the live contract, and answers reporting questions from live data. It works in drafts: a person reviews, approvals route as they always did, and a person sends. Monty does not send quotes or skip an approval.

Can the agent bypass discount floors or approval rules?

No. The rules engine does not know or care who built the quote. Every draft — a rep's or Monty's — goes through the same set-once thresholds and required-field checks, and anything that crosses a threshold routes to the approver.

Which AI tools work with the MCP server?

Any client that speaks MCP, including Claude and ChatGPT. Connect it next to your CRM, call recorder or support desk and the agent works across them in one conversation.

Does it handle usage-based and hybrid pricing, including AI credits?

Yes. Subscriptions, usage — including AI credits, prepaid drawdown and overage — and hybrid models all live in the same catalog and on the same quote. New pricing models are configuration, not an engineering project.

How long does implementation take?

Days to weeks, run by our team. Middesk was live in days. We will give you a real answer for your catalog on the call.

What does it cost?

Per quoting user for CPQ. If you add billing, a percentage of invoiced revenue. We will walk through the numbers on the call.

Bring your hardest deal. We’ll ask Monty to build it, live.
